Surprise!!

Last weekend we were able to be in Milwaukee to surprise Mom Buerosse with a 50th birthday party. We actually drove up to Milwaukee on Thursday night so we could be there early enough on Friday. That allowed us to meet up with some friends that Gene worked with at Eder Flag for lunch. Always good to see old friends!! It also allowed us a little extra time to visit with Mom Buerosse since she didn't have to work Friday. Friday evening we ate dinner and then Gene suggested going out for desert. Eventually it was decided that we would go to Meyers. Of course when we got there it was crowded and one of Gene's cousins just happened to walk out of the bathroom and suggested to join them since there was plenty of room at their table. He lead us back to the surprise party. It was good to see everyone that was there and good to be in on the fun surprise, especially since her birthday really isn't until March 16.

Andrew had a great time playing with the balloons!!

Noah and Cody had fun looking at each other and "playing" checkers.

The evening was a little too much for little Noah and he fell asleep in Daddy's arms.

Andrew also liked the party horns and even figured out how to do two at once.
