The day after Christmas we drove home from Missouri. It was a foggy day, but it didn't hold us up too much. After getting home and unpacking and repacking and taking care of a few things at home, we headed over to Mom and Dad Truwe's house. Dana and family were there too, so we had decided to stay there for the weekend so we could enjoy more together time even after the boy's bedtime.
On Saturday morning Dad Truwe made pancakes and bacon for everyone to start the day and then we opened peasants. Mom made a yummy lunch with ham and the fixings and then the boys went down for their naps and the adults, minus Dad, went to the mall to catch some post Christmas deals. When we went outside we realized how nice the day actually was. The high for the day was 68 degrees. WOW!! That allowed for playing with Andrew's new baseball machine which he and the other kids thoroughly enjoyed.
Noah at first wanted to climb into this box, but then decided that maybe it wasn't so fun after all.
