Memorial Day weekend Gene's parents and Gene's sister Jamie came into town to visit us. Since that holiday is right between both boys' birthdays we decided to have a family party to celebrate!! So Grandma and Grandpa
Truwe, Grandma and Grandpa
Buerosse, Aunt Jamie
Buerosse, and of course Mommy and Daddy were all there to help Noah and Andrew celebrate. We first had a cookout at home with hamburgers and brats and birthday cake. Each boy had their own little cake, Noah's was Thomas the train and Andrew's was Lightning McQueen. After we are all of us went to Woodland Bowl to go bowling. We had a blast!! Andrew was so silly and would do a little dance as he was waiting for the ball to go down the lane. He had even the people in the lanes next to us laughing. Noah loved it too since he loves anything that has to do with a ball. For whatever reason blogger was freezing up every time I tried to move the pictures around, so the pictures are in reverse order of what I wanted them.
OPPS!!
Andrew waiting for his ball to get down the alley!! Oh and he also thought that it was cool that lots of people had bowling shoes that matched his. Andrew and his fascination with matching!!
**Just a note of interest for any families that enjoy bowling. There is a web site kidsbowlfree.com. Here in Indy you can sign up so kids can bowl 2 games free any day of the summer at any of the Royal Pin bowling alleys. It's a national program though, so check it out in other cities too. For adults you can sign up to get a family pass to have up to 4 adults bowl 2 games any day this summer for only $29.95. You pay for it after one time bowling, so it's a great deal.
Daddy and Noah congratulating Andrew after he got a spare. (I think anyway, it could have been the one time he got a strike.)
